WELCOME

to the home of Harmonic Integration

This program exists to help you shape your mental and emotional health. Thousands of hours of research from around the world point to behavioral and mindset initiatives that correlate with better mental health outcomes. Practicing these simple, foundational, and doable habits can continually improve your well-being.

A number of these practices will not come as a shock. What may be surprising is how big a difference small shifts can make, and how completely accessible they are to anyone and everyone.

In practicing Harmonic Integration, you can access the program at the place you need it most. It is assumed that you already have some skills and success in various parts of your life. After all, you’ve gotten this far! If one of the categories of practice feels smooth and easy for you, choose to learn about and practice the parts you think you need more.

The book is a great place to begin. It is full of information and suggestions to help you, and it has everything you need to improve your well-being. If you want more, you are invited to contact me personally and I can help support you with counseling, coaching, exercises, and workshops.

I am thrilled to give this program to the world. I want to be of the most help I can. Feel free to reach out and contact me! I look forward to being of service.

HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS

Harmonic Integration is built on a theory conceived by Abraham Maslow in 1946 called the Hierarchy of Needs. This theory envisions human motivation from a hierarchical approach. We address the most foundational aspects of behavior and habits, then move forward one category at a time.

You can utilize Harmonic Integration like this, like a pyramid. (PIC OF PYRAMID, HIERARCHY OF NEEDS) Invest your energy in one category, and when you find comfort and confidence in your new mindset and behaviors, move on to the next one. You can also utilize the program piecemeal, choosing which category most needs your attention and proceeding from there.

WHY IS THIS PROGRAM DIFFERENT?

Harmonic Integration approaches your well-being from an assets-driven vantage point. We are not looking for what’s WRONG. We want to magnetize your energy and behaviors toward the things that are going RIGHT. We assume that you have aspects of your life that are going well (even if some days it seems like nothing is going right).

We assume that you have everything you need in terms of energy and capability to live in a way that will bring you contentment and well-being. What you may need is motivation, belief in the possibility of your life being as good as you want, and a clear template to help you get there.

Harmonic Integration is a research-backed living program of practice. Every category has multiple examples of research that indicate the value that practicing intentional habits within the category can bring.
